Janet Seelhoff, CAE, CEO & Owner
Janet joined McBride & Associates in 2010 and became Owner and CEO in 2021.


Janet has more than 20 years of experience in association management, including serving as the Heartland District Field Associate for the Association for Operations Management and serving as Senior Manager, Chapter Services for the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.


Janet has held the prestigious Certified Association Executive designation since June 2006 through the American Society for Association Executives. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Management degree from Baker University. At M&A, she serves as the Executive Director of three statewide trade/professional associations, providing initiative and direction for development of strategic business plans, leadership development, membership growth, government relations/advocacy expansion, meeting and event planning, continuing education opportunities for members, website development and management, producing and disseminating communications including newsletters and eblasts, and building relationships with allied organizations.


Janet is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and serves on the Small Staff Association Committee, the Nebraska Society of Association Executives and assists with the NSAE Certified Association Executive Study Group, and serves as Secretary and Grant Writer for the Millard Business Community Foundation.
David McBride

Dave is the Founder of McBride & Associates and served as it's CEO through 2020. He continues to provide management services to M&A clients and is a consultant to the company. He has more than 40 years of experience managing associations and nonprofit organizations.


Dave served as Public Relations Director for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce following his graduation from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He became Director of Communication and Education for the Nebraska Bankers Association and formed McBride & Associates in July of 1983.


Dave has helped lead more than two dozen associations and nonprofit organizations to enhancements in governance, increased engagement of volunteers, expansion of membership value, and development of financial resources.


Dave has managed legislative, advocacy, and government relations activities for several clients and serves as a registered lobbyist at the Nebraska Legislature. He is a Past Chairman of the Association Executives Advisory Council for a national trade association; has served as a lecturer, panelist and presenter on association management topics; served on multiple national committees for client organizations; and is a national award recipient for excellence in association management.


Dave has been involved in many community activities and is the recipient of various awards and recognitions for service and achievement. In 2016, Dave received the Optometric Executive of the Year Award from the North Central States Optometric Council. In 2013, he received the Vision Service Award from the Heart of America Contact Lens Society. In 2006, he received the top honor from the NAIFA National Board of Trustees for excellence in association management, as well as being honored by the NOA and NAIFA-NE Boards of Directors for exemplary service to the associations. He has also been cited by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and is an honored member of Who’s Who in U.S. Executives.


Dave is a member of ASAE, the Nebraska Society of Association Executives (NSAE), Leadership Lincoln Alumni Association and International Association of Optometric Executives, in addition to serving on the Pinnacle Bank Arena Advisory Board.

Adrian Sanchez
Adrian Sanchez joined McBride & Associates in 2020. Adrian has more than 15 years experience working with nonprofit associations. His experience includes working as the Communications Director for the Nebraska Hospital Association, serving on the Boards of Nebraska CASA and the Platte Valley Literacy Association. Adrian also served on the Nebraska Latino-American Commission, including four years as Chair. Adrian has a Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communications degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and holds the distinction of graduating from the inaugural class of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Nebraska program and is a graduate of Leadership Lincoln. Adrian’s primary responsibilities include government relations, membership services, marketing and communications, event and program planning, and public relations.
Marc Lassalle, CNP
Marc Lassalle joined McBride & Associates in 2022. Marc has 20 years of experience in association management. His experience includes serving as the Associate Director for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Kansas City, Member Relations and Social Media Manager for the World Waterpark Association, and as the Member Services - Chapter Liaison for the Association of Records Managers & Administrators (ARMA International). Marc holds the designation of Certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Rockhurst University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University. Marc’s primary responsibilities as an Associate Director includes membership services, marketing and communications, event and program planning and marketing, and public relations. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Association of Certified Nonprofit Professionals, and the National Eagle Scout Association.
Annette McRoy
Annette McRoy joined McBride & Associates in 2022. Annette's responsibilities as the Workforce Development Manager for the Nebraska Utility Contractors Association include developing and enhancing relationships with Nebraska middle school, high school, and community college administrators, teachers, parents, and students. In addition, she will work with SkillsUSA & FFA chapter advisors and students and second chance/re-introductory programs. Annette will coordinate classroom talks and host jobsite visits; encourage participation in Construction Career Days, Dozer Day, and other related workforce development events.
Laura Herrmann
Laura Herrmann joined McBride & Associates as a Financial Administrator. Laura lives in Omaha, NE. She earned her BSBA in Accounting at UNO. She was an accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick, Ameristar Casino, and Simmonds Restaurant Management. She worked part-time for smaller companies while “managing” her family. She is married to Kevin, CFO for REI Industries, and has two daughters, Grace & Emma, although grown, still need “managed.” Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with family, traveling, day trading and most importantly, shopping.
David Fangmeyer
David joined McBride & Associates as a financial administrator in 2023. He has owned and operated a bookkeeping business for four years and has experience with a variety of industries. David enjoyed a career as a physical therapist assistant for nine years before deciding to follow his passion for business and launching his own bookkeeping business. His responsibilities for McBride include monthly bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and compliance reporting.
Peta-Gaye Clachar
Peta-Gaye Clacher joined McBride & Associates in June 2023. Peta-Gaye's responsibilities as the Marketing and Event Planning Intern include creating content, managing social media, redesigning client materials, event planning and preparations and supporting NUCA of Nebraska's Dozer Day and other client events and conferences.
