M&A adds value by identifying opportunities, offering solutions and recommendations, administering and enhancing membership services, providing leadership training, and by supporting and coordinating the work of officers and committees.
A management team member is assigned primary responsibility for each client, serving as the executive director. One or more administrative assistants provide membership services and other support as needed by the client, and our financial manager handles all accounting and financial administration services. Clients benefit from a team approach, with multiple individuals available to respond to requests from members and the public and provide backup support and additional expertise and skills. We are flexible and can provide the staffing arrangements that best fit the needs of your organization.
